Shipping Terms and Conditions
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Severe weather may cause shipping delays. We regret that we are not able to guarantee express delivery in the event of severe weather. Please check your tracking number to see if severe weather will impact your area.
Our store is closed on U.S. federal holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup within the 70118 New Orleans region. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are dependent on the day during the week. We will confirm a time best suited for pickup with you. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Due to the handmade and custom nature of each headpiece, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on any piece you purchase online.
