Due to the handmade and custom nature of each headpiece, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on any piece you purchase online. 
  • What are the shipping options?

We offer three shipping options:

UPS Ground: 1-5 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days

UPS Next Day Air: Guaranteed delivery by 12:00 noon or 1:30 p.m

  • When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Your arrival date will depend on the shipping service you selected at checkout. 
  • What do I do if I never received my order?
Please contact us at ellie@crownedbyellie.com and we will check the status of your order via your tracking number to help you sort out your package's location. 
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please contact us at ellie@crownedbyellie.com with images of the defective order and we will help find a resolution for your product!
  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you need to make changes to your order please contact us atellie@crownedbyellie.com as soon as possible for us to see if we can accommodate any changes. 
  • Where are you located?
The Crowned by Ellie studio is located within the 70118 New Orleans region. We do not currently have a store-front open to the public.
  • How are the crowns made? Where do the materials come from?
Each crown is hand-made by Crowned by Ellie owner, Ellie in her studio. The materials are sourced from several regions based on their availability. 
  • How do I make sure I order the right size?
Each crown is designed to be a one size fits all. The headband that they are created on is extremely comfortable and easy to size to your head.
